runs the whole stackNine people building the layer that lets a business run a workforce of agents — first for enterprise clients, now as a product, and every day inside our own company.
Algorise started in 2023 as client work: an assistant for a grocery chain with over a thousand stores, customer support for a telecom, claims handling in logistics, production planning on a factory floor. Different industries, same request — don’t just answer questions, do the work.
Underneath, every build was the same system: agents with memory, schedules, access to the company’s tools, and a person signing off before anything got sent, applied or published. After writing that layer from scratch enough times, we stopped calling it custom work and built it once, properly.
That’s the platform. We run our own company on it — reporting, monitoring, the day-to-day ops — and we’re in private preview with a small group of design partners while we make it boring enough to trust with real work.
Every orchestration, memory and approval pattern runs our own operations first. Dogfooding isn’t a demo — it’s how we hit the sharp edges before a partner does.
Private preview is deliberate. A small cohort means scoped deployments, founder-led onboarding and a direct line while we harden the platform — not a signup form and silence.
Agents draft, plan and prepare. The steps that touch the outside world pass a human checkpoint first. Approval before action is the default, not a setting you go looking for.
Nine people across London and Croatia: the engineers who built the platform inside enterprise deployments, design, and the people who work day to day with our design partners.

keeps it all moving
Head of Sales
Runs the design-partner relationships — surfacing the real workflows worth building and shaping every pilot.
always on a call
Senior AI Engineer
Leads the hard parts of the agent runtime — routines, shared vaults, durable execution, reliable streaming.
keeps the runtime honest
AI Engineer
A backend engineer by training — ships integrations and routines, and the fixes that make scheduled agent work hold up.
fixes what breaks

MSc in AI, backend at heart — data access, retrieval, and the services behind collections, datasets and dashboards.
minds the data
Forward Deployed Engineer
Works inside design-partner deployments — building their agents on the platform and getting them from first prompt to a workflow they trust.
embedded with partners
Design
The editorial and product design layer — making complex orchestration feel operable across the product.
makes it make sense
AI Engineer
Ships agent features across the platform — and picks up the details that make the product feel finished.
