Everything the company knows. One assistant, every employee.

One real workflow, start to finish — the problem, everything we ingest, how it stays current, and the assistant that answers with live citations.

before a new hire knows where everything lives. The knowledge is scattered across formats and systems, it changes constantly, and even veterans can't be sure they have the current version.

“Ask three colleagues, get three answers — and none of them checked the latest update.”

02What we ingest

We read the real thing — not just clean text.

Not just tidy documents — scanned paper, technical drawings, 3D files, spreadsheets, audio and video too. We read all of it, then connect the systems it lives beside.

03The routine

Read once, kept current forever.

Connect the sources once. Everything after runs continuously — so the answer an employee gets today reflects the version that was published this morning.

UnderstandRead what's inside
OCR scanned paper, transcribe audio & video, parse tables, read drawings & 3D files

Employees ask, agents draw on it — every answer cited, and only what each person may see
04The result

A personal assistant that already knows the company.

New hires get up to speed in days, not weeks. Everyone asks in plain language and gets the current answer — with the source and the date it was last updated.
